Both Marilyn and Thomas have significant experience building and leading work teams. They have been hired to work with Management Boards and Executive Councils in various communities to help them develop leadership and management capacity.
Being an authority figure in an Indigenous community comes with a unique set of challenges and opportunities that both Thomas and Marilyn appreciate. Trust is a huge factor. Directors and Council members need tailored coaching and support in order to foster positive change.
